Shipping
I usually ship orders by Slovak post with track. You will get track on email.
Return
Address tags are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, as they are made to order. Exceptions are made for mistakes in the phone number or dog's name.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 2-7 days. Estimated delivery time internationally is 10-20 days. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, based on the total order value. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with me.Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Bono a bruno encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Bono a bruno at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded too.

Product Care:
- Regularly check the ring holding the dog tag. If it is open or bent, replace it immediately.
- If the tag darkens or loses its shine, rub it with a rough dishwashing sponge to restore its original appearance. A special polishing paste and cloth can also be used.
- If the engraving becomes less visible, use a black permanent marker to fill in the recesses, let it dry, and then polish with a dish sponge to remove excess ink.
- If you change your phone number, order a new dog tag.
