Lead time

I create all of my products to order. Orders are typically fulfilled in 2-5 business days. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

Shipping

I usually ship orders by Slovak post with track. It is also possible to ship your order via the Paketa service. Please provide the address and the name of the pickup point in the order comment. You will get track on email. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 2-7 days. Estimated delivery time internationally is 10-20 days. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, based on the total order value. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with me. 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Bono a bruno encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Bono a bruno at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded too.

Returns 

We accept exchanges, returns or refunds no older than 14 days since date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unused condition that you received. The product must be kept in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When sending your item, please include a note inside the package that has your order number.
