Transparent Shipping Costs and Timelines
Lead time
All products are made to order. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days. If there are any delays, you will be notified.
Shipping
I usually ship orders via Slovak Post with tracking. Alternatively, you can choose to have your order shipped through the Paketa service. Please include the address and the name of the pickup point in the order comments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, based on the total order value. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Change Of Delivery Address

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with me.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Bono a bruno encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Bono a bruno at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded too.
