The webbing used to make the collar is made in Poland from high-strength polyester. It is both soft and pleasant to the touch and very strong.
Our plastic fittings is made in Korea by one of the coolest plastic fastener manufacturers in the world! The company specializes in making fastex for military, ski and climbing gear.
The metal fittings are made in Europe especially for dog collars. More information about materials below.

All webbings are recycled, they are made from used plastic bottles (rPET polyester in accordance with the OEKO-TEX 100 standard). They are very durable, resistant to breaking and ripping off. It’s soft and light, simultaneously very durable.

The headquarters of the AMANN Group are located in Bönnigheim, Germany. They manufacture exclusively at our own production sites in Europe and Asia.

All of our products are sewn from imported materials of very high quality. This means that all accessories are resistant to moisture, dirt and other peculiarities of dog life. You can safely wash them in a washing machine (delicate mode, 30° C). The slings and bands are made of synthetic materials, so they dry very quickly: you can go for a walk in the morning if you have washed them in the evening.
An important point about leashes: before washing, it is better to wrap the carabiner with something soft - for example, a sock. So as not to scratch the carabiner and not to damage the drum.

Shipping
I usually ship orders by Slovak post with track. You will get track on email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 2-7 days. Estimated delivery time internationally is 10-20 days. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, based on the total order value. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with me.Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Bono a bruno encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Bono a bruno at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded too.

We offer a wide range of sizes so that you can find the best fit for your pet:)
Firmly measure your dog's chest. Tightly measure your dog's chest at its widest point, about 3-5 cm from the armpit. Next, find the appropriate range in the chart. Choose the size that will give reserve for adjustment both ways. Pay attention to the width of the webbing. In sizes S and SSH, you can choose a webbing width of 20mm or 25mm, whichever is more comfortable for your dog.
If your dog's chest circumference is in the middle between the two sizes, go with the larger size. If none of the sizes shown fit your dog, or you're not entirely sure which size will fit your friend's dog, write me - I can help!
